HW+V was brought in as the exterior general contractor to execute the renovation of this brownstone’s backyard, rooftop, and terrace.Limestone paving was installed throughout all three spaces due to its versatility and durability while low-maintenance cedar-fencing was used to enclose the backyard. A greenscreen and carpinus hedge brought more life back into the outdoor space which had a fully automatic drip system installed. Concealed lighting subtly accentuates the greenery at night.
