Details made all the difference in this upscale Upper West Side renovation. 

The installation of natural granite pavers was enhanced by an inlay detail which added character to the flooring of this terrace. A terrazzo countertop and backsplash made the wet bar, complete with a sink, faucet, refrigerator, and ice-maker, the standout feature in the space. That design feature was carried over to the liftable tops on the PCA benches installed which tied the space together. A pergola with integrated lighting offered a final touch of elegance, while the rust-resistant curved powder-coated aluminum planters installed cemented the natural longevity and elegance of the outdoor area.
